Symphony will direct evaluators to the comments in each document that matches the Symphony Tag Legend when they review the project details.

Users can add more tags of their choice for a proposal. These tags are considered unique to solicitations and they are at the users discretion.

2. Activate the Comment and Markup Tools

Many different versions of PDF Software are acceptable.

  • Use any method to add comments to a document and meet the solicitation requirements (see Figure 2).
  • Adobe features like Tags, Bookmarks, and Portfolio files are not recommended and may not work for evaluation.

3. Tag the Evidence

The Symphony Tag Legend only applies to the project details in the Company assets because these are commonly found in many solicitations (see Figure 3). Symphony will direct the evaluators to the exact location(s) in the document(s) with the tag.

  • Users do not have to use all the Symphony tags. Users can also use more.
  • The recommended tags are optional and do not necessarily apply to all Solicitation(s).
  • Use the solicitation as a guide to the project details to cite.

Symphony supports adding text before or after the comment (tag) in supporting documents.
For example "POP start" and "POP end" (see Figure 4).
