Removing Business Factors

Business Factors are additional assets claimed for the Prime entity, automatically added to a proposal by Symphony.


To delete Business Factors from Company Assets, follow these instructions:


Go to Business Factors

  1. Navigate to My Company and select the Business Factors tab for the Prime or the Team Member (see Figure 1).
      
  2. If a Business Factor was claimed incorrectly, use the Unclaim button to remove the claim and delete any documents that do not apply (see Figure 2)
      
  3. Select the Close button to keep the Business Factor unclaimed.

Business Factor changes will only affect unsubmitted proposalsFigure 2: Business Factor changes will only affect unsubmitted proposals.



Note: Business factors in submitted proposals cannot be unclaimed. Any changes made will only apply to unsubmitted proposals.
