An acceptance decision must be in progress for a company within a solicitation and category before using Evaluator Uploads for notes during the evaluation phase.

In the applicable solicitation and category, authorized users can select the desired company.

There are two ways to select a company (see Figure 1).

  2. Click on the desired Company/row
  3. Click the Submissions section from the left menu
  4. Click the proposal submission for the desired Solicitation and Category (Pool/Domain)

-or-

  1. Click the View Details button in the desired Solicitation and Category (Pool/Domain)
  2. Click on the desired Company/row

2. Use the Evaluator Uploads tab

The Evaluator Uploads tab on the left menu of a submission keeps all evaluation notes and documentation for an offer in one place (see Figure 2)

  1. Organize notes into types by selecting the criteria referenced. The categories may include Teaming, Project, MRCL, SAM, SF33, POCs, and Business Factor.

  2. Enter a note within the 2500-character limitation.

  3. Upload attachment(s) to save and support the note.

3. Track Evaluator Uploads

A table displays the evaluation note history below the note after a successful upload. Each file upload creates a row in the table. Notice the notes are sorted in alphabetical order by file name. The category and note are displayed next to each file. The upload date and time are displayed for reference.

IMPORTANT! Changes require downloading the file or deleting it. Users cannot edit notes.
