Using Symphony Audition Reports

Symphony reports cover various areas of interest for government users. 



Reports in this section help users identify the number of offers received, track various elements of the offers, and view the submission score. The available reports are listed below. 

  • Solicitation Summary
  • Errors and Warnings
  • Solicitation Evaluation Status Report
  • Team Member
  • Project Experience
  • Submission Time

User reports provide the total number of government or industry users. The report can be used to analyze who is registered, what their account status is, and what government or industry agency the account is linked to.

These reports provide the total number of government or industry organizations and additional identifying information.


Using the Reports Interface

Each report can be sorted, and filtered by each column heading, and users can customize the data by clicking to the right of a column heading to access additional actions (see Figure 1). The column widths can be manually adjusted to view any data that is not displayed on the screen. The actions are listed below.


1. The three horizontal lines provide options to:

  • Pin the Column
  • Auto size the column(s)
  • Reset the changes


2. The filter icon provides options to search or select one or more data elements for the column.


3. The three vertical lines provide options to search or select which column headers to include or exclude.

  • Once filters are applied, users can save the report to use again or reset the changes.
  • Reports can also be exported to Excel or CSV files (see Figure 2).

Audition Report Details

The columns for each report are listed below.

Solicitation Summary

Columns include Solicitation name, number, contract vehicle (area, pool, domain), submission count (number of offers), project count, and team member count.

Errors and Warnings

The Errors and Warnings Report includes Total Submissions, Total Errors, and Total Warnings. The column headers are the solicitation name, contract vehicle, organization name, UEI, CAGE, submission score, submission date, and the option to view the errors and warnings for each organization. 

Solicitation Evaluation Status Report

The Solicitation Evaluation Status Report includes the Total Number of Evaluations that are possible after acceptance. The column headers are solicitation name, contract vehicle, organization name, UEI, CAGE, acceptance status, submission score, adjusted score, technical evaluation status, business evaluation status, and final determination.

Team Member Report

Columns include solicitation name, contract vehicle, organization, UEI, CAGE, and submission score. expanding a row shows users the team type, team member name, UEI, and CAGE. 

Project Experience

Columns include solicitation name, contract vehicle, organization, UEI, CAGE, and submission score. Expanding a row shows users the project title, prime contractor, contract type, customer, contract number, and task order number(s).

Submission Time Report

Columns include solicitation name, contract vehicle, organization, UEI, CAGE, submission score, and submission time.

Government Users

Columns include the first and last name, account status, email address, phone number, department name, agency name, contracting office, and office code.

Industry Users

Columns include the first and last name, account status, email address, phone number, company name, UEI, and CAGE code.

Government Organizations

Columns include department, agency, office, and contracting office code.

Industry Organizations

Columns include the company name, UEI, CAGE code, DUNS, website address, and address information.
