When the program office completes evaluations and sends award announcements to offerors, Symphony will send notifications to SAM POC Administrators, the Open Market Proposal Manager, the submission Contract Manager, and the Program Manager. Offerors will then follow these steps to view the debriefs.
- Sign in to the PSP (Polaris Symphony Portal).
- View the Dashboard.
- Select the Submitted View link for the correct solicitation and pool.
- Go to the Debrief tab (see Figure 1).
- Download the Debrief Letter and Attachments (see Figure 1).
