- Use the subject line: "Request for Program Office Documentation Access."
- Include your Contract Vehicle and your specific role within the Program Office.
3. Approve and Create Your Password

4. Access Restricted Content
- Log in to the Support Center using your new credentials.
- Restricted folders (e.g., Program Office Training Materials) will now be visible on the Support Portal.
Troubleshooting
| Issue | Fix |
| I signed up but can't see the folders. | Registration is only the first step. You must Submit a Ticket (Step 2) to have an agent activate your restricted permissions. |
| I didn't receive the activation email. | Check your junk or spam folder for an email from client.support@apexlogic.com. |
| Access Denied message. | Ensure you are logged in. The secure materials are hidden unless an active, authorized session is detected. |
