Overview
To maintain the security of sensitive Program Office resources, these materials are not available to the general public. Access requires a verified Support Center account and manual activation by the Symphony Support Team.
Steps to Request Access
1. Register for a Support Center Account
- Navigate to the top of the Symphony Support Center portal.
- Click the Sign Up link located in the header.
- Enter your official government or agency email address and complete the registration form.
Note: If you have previously submitted support tickets via email or the web form, an account record already exists for your email address—proceed directly to Step 2.
2. Submit an Activation Ticket
Accounts must be manually "whitelisted" to view sensitive program resources.
- From the Support Center home page, click Submit a Ticket.
- Ensure the email address used on the ticket matches the one used for registration in Step 1.
- Use the Subject Line: "Request for Program Office Documentation Access."
- Details: Include your specific Contract Vehicle (e.g., OASIS+) and your Program Office Role.
3. Approve and Create Your Password
- A Symphony Support Agent will review your request.
- Once approved, you will receive an activation email.
- Click the link in the email to create a password for your secure Support Center account.
4. Access Restricted Content
- Log In: Use your newly created credentials to log in to the Support Center.
- Verify Access: Navigate to the home page or the Contract Vehicle section. Restricted folders, such as Solicitation Management or Contract Administration, will now be visible.
- System Distinction: Remember, these credentials grant access to documentation only. You must still use your platform-specific credentials to access the Symphony environment for Solicitation or Contract tasks.

| I didn't receive the activation email. | Spam Filter: Check your junk or spam folder for an email from client.support@apexlogic.com. |
| "Access Denied" message. | Login Session: Secure materials are hidden unless an active, authorized session is detected. Ensure you are Logged In before looking for links to restricted articles. |
