Overview

To maintain the security of sensitive Program Office resources, these materials are not available to the general public. Access requires a verified Support Center account and manual activation by the Symphony Support Team.

Steps to Request Access

1. Register for a Support Center Account

  1. Navigate to the top of the Symphony Support Center portal.
  2. Click the Sign Up link located in the header.
  3. Enter your official government or agency email address and complete the registration form.

2. Submit an Activation Ticket

Once your account is created, it must be manually "whitelisted" for restricted content.

  1. While signed into the portal, click Submit a Ticket.
  2. Use the subject line: "Request for Program Office Documentation Access."
  3. Include your Contract Vehicle and your specific role within the Program Office.

3. Approve and Create Your Password

  1. A Symphony Support Agent will review your request.
  2. Once approved, you will receive an activation email.
  3. Click the link in the email to create a password for your secure Support Center account.

4. Access Restricted Content

  1. Log in to the Support Center using your new credentials.
  2. Restricted folders (e.g., Program Office Training Materials) will now be visible on the Support Portal.
