Uploading Solicitation Documents

When solicitation(s) are open to proposals on the Dashboard, users can "Start Submission" or "Continue Submission" to complete a proposal in multiple sittings or review it before submission. 


The Proposal Overview tab is the first item in the left navigation menu inside a submission (see Figure 1).

The Proposal Overview summarizes the information added to the submission. 

 

Add Submission Documents

The solicitation-required form(s), such as the SF-33 or SF-30 are uploaded by users in the Submission Documents section once Q&A is complete or the tab is enabled by the Program Office.

Submission documents are typically the following documents but the program office may specify others.

  • Standard Form 33 (SF-33) *required (see Figure 2)
  • Standard Form 30 (SF-30) *varied requirement
  • Cover Letter (Optional)
