Signing in to Symphony

Contract Vehicle Links

Symphony supports the following contract vehicles:

HEC
MQS-NG
OMNIBUS

(Legacy) MQS

Accept the For Official Use Only message and follow these steps to sign in to Symphony:

1. Enter User Credentials

Go to the correct contract vehicle website, enter the email address and password, and click Sign In (see Figure 1). Ensure the account is activated before attempting to log in.

See Inactive Accounts for details on account activation.

Password Requirements:

At least eight characters
One uppercase letter
One lowercase letter
One number
One special character

If the Authentication Fails:

Ensure the website and credentials are correct.
Use the Forgot Password link to reset the password.
See Authentication Failed for additional information.

2. Enter a Multi-Factor Authentication Code (MFA)

After entering the credentials, retrieve the one-time passcode (OTP) and enter it on the MFA screen (see Figure 2). Then click Authenticate to complete the sign-in process.

Note: For issues with MFA, refer to the MFA section of Frequently Asked Questions.

MFA codes are not sent via email. The available MFA methods are:
